The product was good, the customer service lady was helpful, the lockers for pick up in the front of the store are handy (now that I know how to use them). But, the product wasn't in stock & I had to order it delivered to my local store is kind of irritating. I needed washing machine water hoses, not rocket building materials.

picking up order was easy and convenient definitely will do it again and tell friends about it too.

Works well, no leaking but a steel shell has a lot of needles so, if anybody will touch it, they can punch themselves with needles. Can be installed in hidden places where anyone cannot contact the hoses in day to day activity.

This fit my set up perfectly. I was concerned because the one part the hose had a small area to do a U shaped bend but it holds up and I have not had an issue with the bend causing any addition pressure or leakage which is great!! It was a great price for 2!
