This palm looked real enough but there was brown paper wrapped at the bass of each and every stem , right where the leaves were attached. I removed them all but it was NOT easy? There was no paperwork in my box to indicate if these brown pieces of paper needed to be removed or not; also must need to be reshaped after receiving from your company. ( I had to reshape my 3 ficus trees as well.)
