BCP has awful service

Worst costumer service ever. My item was cancelled because it was “out of stock” even though it shows as currently in stock on the site right now and my order status says its processing. I had to contact customer service to ask why it hasnt shipped yet and thats when they told me it was cancelled. No email notification, no status update, nothing. I had to wait an hour and half to talk to someone on the chat. Their only response was to order the item again.

Not worth it!

Tree is definitely less than 4ft tall, about only 3ft. Half of the tree is missing lights. Not very full. Looks nothing like the photo.

Adorable little tree!

I love this little tree. The lavender color is beautiful and there is a bit of iridescent in it too~so darn cute. The one improvement would be a few more lights.

Disappointment

Doesn’t look like the picture. More of a blue lavender hue. It’s pretty flimsy and the base did not click together easily like other trees. Disappointed for the price.
