Damaged

It came damaged and the provider wouldn’t replace the damaged parts. After a time Walmart stepped in and refunded my purchase. So 5 stars for Walmart and 0 stars for this provider.

Poor Customer Service!!!

Didn’t meet my expectations/not suitable for me! Very disappointed! Still fight return due to being sold by another company! You would think if it was sold on walmart.com they would back it, but that is not the case. My suggestion would be to only purchase walmart.com items from the website.!

It’s beautiful and well made! The chairs are comfy and the perfect size! I’m very happy with it!

Love the set but I should have read all of the reviews. The table and one of the chairs wouldn’t go together so I zip tied the chair and the table together you can’t see the zip ties but if you have an issue they will not return or help you at all

Love it but.. cushion is very slim after a few weeks of sitting on it it’s wore down . I need to purchase new cushions

Missing pieces, but beautiful and easy to build

This is a beautiful patio furniture set, and very easy to assemble! Some of the wicker is very fragile, though, and you must be careful to not break it while assembling it. The reason I rated with so few stars, is because I ordered two sets of this five piece patio set, and both sets were missing all of the Ottomans and the side tables. So essentially, I only received the chairs. I contacted the company so I will update the review once I hear back.

5 piece patio set

Ordered this item and says it was delivered to someone else, so did not receive. Was told by seller that order number was not in system.

They canceled my purchase out of nowhere

They canceled my purchase two days before it was supposed to be delivered out of nowhere. They did not notify me before doing so. I was looking forward to this purchase, but I now I am not able to enjoy it.

Missing half of order

I only received the chairs. I am missing the two ottoman and table that came with the set. Very upset as WAL-MART can’t help me.

Missing parts. Only received one box of 2. Hopefully it is on the way

Sturdy!

Pieces are very sturdy. Support members in the seating area, quite a bit of work to put it all together. It's a great patio set.

Shipped by third party, not all arrived

In multiple boxes apparently but only one box arrived. The chairs and cushions and hardware and instructions never arrived. No explanation for missing items. A box labeled “Box B” arrived. I asked Walmart help desk how many boxes are supposed to arrive? They had no idea as they are not notified of the number of boxes sent because it is shipped from a third party. No direct contact with the shipper is available. I would recommend against ordering this product from Walmart. It is unusable and I have to wait 48 hours to begin refund, reorder, or wait for missing boxes for an unknown length of time. Frustrating when you are excited to have them in time for the weekend yet disappointed with the shipping and delivery. Walmart has this item marked as “delivered”, yet it wasn’t delivered. Only one box was. Buy local and a set that is already put together or expect this to happen to your order also. As far as the pieces that did come, cheap and plastic looking, not like the photos, and completely unusable without all parts, hardware and instructions. Thumbs down. 👎 These pictures are what I suspect to be the ottoman pieces and a glass top for the table. But again not even able to put them together without all the parts and instructions. Chairs and cushions never arrived either which would have been the biggest box, possibly Box A? Maybe there would be a Box C with the hardware and instructions? It is unknown. Very poor results. Waiting for communication from third party or full refund.

Good Buy for a small balcony

Came exactly as it looks. Was easy to assemble. Looks and feels great on my balcony. Survived it's first rain too. Definitely weather resistant. Would recommend.

Quality, functionality, and looks!

I was expecting way less for the price %26 was pleasantly surprised. No bad comments to mention! Showing the pool which was also purchased from Walmart!

Great Patio Set

This is a great patio set. I received it as a birthday gift. I absolutely love the color more in person than in the pictures. Very easy set up!

Cushions are horrible

I love the chairs and table but absolutely hate the cushions, for them to be outdoor patio set the cushions soaked every ounce of water… I’ll have to buy new cushions
