Beautiful Vanity Top

The vanity top is in perfect condition. It is just and described and looks beautiful in our bathroom.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware of the actual vanity top size. I purchased a 43x22 top. Actual size is 42-3/4” x 21-3/4”. It doesn’t seem like much, but the depth is too short to correctly sit on the vanity base. Posting of true size matters to your customers.

Perfect for what I needed. Very well packed, and arrived safely.

The first one we received was unfortunately broken in two pieces, surprising, as it was well packaged. It was quickly replaced, and the second one was fine. Like the top a lot, however one thing to note is that is a very bright white and stands out against all of the other white items in our bathroom.

I had to order for Tops to get to that were good and Home Depot would not discount anything.for my time. Very bad Customer service

Cracked all the way through

When we opened the box, although packaged well, the vanity top was cracked all the way through from sink to countertop. Unfortunately when I picked it up curbside, the associates did not allow me to open the box to inspect it, claiming they would need to unpack the entire box (in the parking lot) and would not be able to repackage it afterwards…so I accepted it. I called immediately and HD will refund but there is the inconvenience of having to load it back into the car (its heavy and requires two people), the delay in my scheudle for my contractor, and the delay caused by having to special order a new one. It would be nice to be able to request a rush on the replacement but the HD associate cannot even place the order on my behalf let alone put a rush (even if i was willing to pay extra). Disappointed because I really prefer HD over any of the other box stores. I will update my reciew on the replacement when it comes in.

Sink fit perfect, only took 1 hour to install.

Arrived with cracked bowl - twice!

When unboxing noticed a few hairline cracks in the bowl. Repacked it, brought it back and reordered. Second one has similar cracks on the bowl. Repackaged and returned…. Ordering something else

Poor Manufacturing

Small defect in drain hole of the sink doesnt permit drain gasket to sit properly causing leak. Would have expected better at this price

So far haven't been able to get one that's not broken inside the box. The packaging needs probably way more reinforcement than the manufacturer thinks- it's bound to get thrown around in shipping. If this next replacement I'm due to receive is busted I'll be looking to another product.

I've ordered this now for the 4th time because the previous 3 were delivered with a piece of the backsplash broken off.

Hole in the bottom

After this thing was completely installed I found a leak underneath near the drain hole. There must be a pin hole that I have a semi steady drip coming from.

came thru ok. no damage to the box and contents. but the drain hole bottom did have chip out of it which made sealing drain very difficult. had to glue a rubber washer to the bottom to make proper seal. i hope this works.

I have been happy with most of my orders from Wayfair. This last order for a Cultured Marble Sink top was the exception. I don't blame Wayfair, I blame the manufacturer. I have ordered similar sink tops from 4 different places including Wayfair. Each one has arrived completely broken in half and cracked all over. It is a packaging issue not a product issue.
