This really is a great shower head. Especially for the price. I have bought several of them now and put them in all our bathrooms.

I don’t know if this product is good because the package that it arrived in was destroyed due to horrible packaging and customer service told to throw everything away for a refund . Long story short…..no products and no refund.

The main shower head that does not detach split at the threads for literally no reason.

The threading is all plastic and won't tighten correctly. It pops off if you tighten too much, but leaks if you don't tighten more.
Avoid
This is not 'high pressure'. It's the opposite. It's very weak pressure. Don't waste your money.

It broken after 4months using
Not sure how, the head part started leaking after few months, we tried to reinstall it, didn’t work out at all
I am very pleased with this shower head. It has a really strong spray, and the ability to adjust the types of sprays is really nice! The price on the product was very reasonable, too, compared to comparable models I was able to see in other stores and online. It's just what I had hoped it would be!
