Best shower head. It swivels and gives great water pressure, looks very nice.

Its wide spray head delivers a luxurious rain-like experience, and the brushed nickel finish is simply mesmerizing.

Not ready for homes

Let me start by saying I love moen products and have over the years made them my first choice, but this product is very costly and had been a real pain. The valve and controller have gone out twice over the last 18 months. I am currently waiting for a replacement control panel which stops the shower for working entirely. It stopped in the middle of a shower. I initially thought it was a one time thing but now I know differently. So, unless you see better ratings steer clear of this product. I purchased the one with 4 valves. Moen's customer service is great but this device only has a five year warranty. The other thing is once you have done the plumbing there is no turning back and there is no way to go to a manual process. Also, each time the valve or controller needs to be replaced you have to pay the plumbing cost.

Great shower WHEN it works

We built a new house and took possession right around a year ago. We put 2 of the U by Moen showers in. Since then we have gone through 5 controllers and 2 mother boards and are now waiting for 3 months for 2 more controllers. BTW, the shower won't work without it. Their electronics are garbage and when I call Moen Customer Service they tell me they are expected in tomorrow and then I never hear from them. Ours was the first one our plumber installed. The area plumbers won't put them in any more. They just tell the people they can't get parts.

Enjoy this Moen 1 spry rain shower head very much. It gives a pleasant relaxing feeling.

Looks great in remodeled bathroom. Just the right size for a rectangular shaped shower. Not too big to cause water overflow issues and not too small. Gives very good amount of water flow.
