[Rewarded Review] Exciting

We ordered this for a customer. We were pleased Build.com was able to help us accomodate our customer's order and came promptly with no issues other than it's massive size. Customer is looking forward to having the unit installed to make bathing peacefull and enjoyable after knee replacement surgery.

Worst tub ever. Handle bar useless once open door. Shallow seat causes you to slip off if you don't sit at absolute 90 degrees. Almost drown my elderly mom as she slipped off seat. Opening and closing door squishes legs so you need to be quit tiny to get door open and closed. Doesn't drain as fast as it says. And list off ergonomic failures goes on. Don't buy.

to must trouble, lots of headaches, to much time involved. not worth putting in,added extra plumbling its going on three weeks. fixing to tie in to water lines now. don't have all of dry wall in or back splash up yet. Started the 19th of May it is now the 29th of May I hope we will be done by June 3rd. If i had known all the adjustments we had to make I would of went with a new shower combo. This is a joke for seniors to deal with. For the price it should of been simpler to deal with. Will test tomorrow to see if plumbing and seals leak. And drilling your own holes for handles, shower head,deverter and faucet to work was a tight fix braely enough room, needed more width on that end. If you had been here i would of thrown the bathtub at you. I am 70 years old. I thought this was going to be a easy project. YOU should of paid me for ordering your special bathtub?!!!!!!!
