Stunning bath tub. Worth it.

Arrived in tact, 16 inches of cracking not fissures. Contacted Native Trails 3 times with no response, clients are not happy.

I bought this bathtub and it looks good. However, a few months later, a small crack began at the bottom of the bathtub. Recently this crack began to rise and has now reached its entire length to the top. Now, the water is leaking. Obviously, the bathtub didn't move and I don't understand how this could have happened, perhaps there was a manufacturing defect. The website says that the bathtub has a lifetime warranty, but when I reached out they said that this doesn't apply to the tub. :( It's an expensive item to throw away and rebuy it!...

Cracked in 2 years

We’ve had the tub for a bit over 2 years (installed right at 2 years), when we had the cold front, the tub cracked all the way through. Some of the sinks we bought from the same brand are also experiencing new hairline cracks.

Luxurious Soaking Tub

The tub is heavy and somewhat difficult to install. That being said, it is a beautiful cast stone freestanding tub; very luxurious. Wide enough for room to not feel cramped, and nice at the top to rest arms and place soap and beverage glass. The tub drains quickly also. My clients are thrilled with choosing the NativeStone 62” Free Standing Stone Composite Soaking Tub with Center Drain and Overflow.

Requires MAJOR install team

This tub is stunning, exquisite, mind-blowing! The finish is gorgeous and buttery smooth. It truly is 900 lbs out of the crate. We needed 6 guys + 2 furniture/piano moving flat dollies + 4 heavy duty suction cup handles ($100 each…they use them to grab large slabs of granite/tile) to move it. Lining up the drain assembly under a 900lb tub is difficult. We set it on 2x4’s stacked over the drain to line it up and then removed 1 at a time. The most devastating thing was that when tightening the overflow (that runs up along the exterior/back edge of the tub) the tub now has a hairline crack on the top back edge. As stunning as this tub is, the risk is huge.

Stunning tub, but be prepared with INSTALL TEAM.

This tub is exquisite! It is worth every penny. BUT it does not include an install team. YOU WILL NEED AN INSTALL TEAM. It is every bit of 900 pounds. You will need the industrial strength suction cups (Four x $100 each) to be able to get a grip on the tub. You will need 2 furniture dollies, and appliance moving straps may help. We had a group of 6 guys, 4 to lift and 2 to guide. This is bare minimum. The tub also does NOT include the drain assembly which runs along the outside back edge of the tub. The finish is smooth and beautiful. Just be prepared to spend the additional money for install. This is not a usual install for even a licensed plumber.

This item is pricey but its worth you get what you pay for. The tub is stunning, very intricate detail. It has a feel of a stone tub, something like you would find in a spa you pay to go to. Except you can recreate this feel right in your home!

Beautiful tub; but weighs over 500lbs. I requested in home delivery; the tub was left at my front door and the delivery team never returned. If you decide on purchasing this tub don't forget to consider the weight delivery and installation cost. It took 5 people to install the tub and bring it into the house.
