Product received with the packaging significantly damaged. Shower base was chipped as a result of handling. Absolute ridiculous poor handling of the order. I will never purchase another thing from Home Depot, what a joke!

I'm impressed by the solid feel of this base. It doesn't flex or creak when I step on it, and the pre-installed drain saved me time and hassle.
Product could be good, but the packaging is so poor that the first unit had damage on most corners. Returned and ordered another, same problem again! Buyer beware! My shower remodel lost about 3-4 weeks because of this. Go with another company and avoid the problems.
