no actual feet to be "trimmed" the front lip is longer than the rest so be ready to cut and make your own feet and level it yourself. extra man hours will be spent to use this product unless mine was defective. I certainly hope it was defective because I would expect better from koeller.

Great product, good shipping, ontime and careful, friendly. No damage.

Install is bit challenging due to pan not level.

Like the slope of the pan but install is rough. Pan does not sit flat and level on a level surface. You have to pull back up and secure to walls imbedded in mortar. Would of expected better from Kohler.

Open box, look at product before accepting!

The box was damaged and looked like it had been opened and resealed several times. When my contractor opened the box, the shower base itself had several chips missing and the worst of all was a very large chip in the threshold. Needless to say, we had to return the severely damaged product.

Drain hole is oversized and has rough edges that make sealing difficult. Corner ends of front facing are curved outward. If I can’t get shower drain to seal I will return it.

Great Shower base

This shower base worked perfectly.

the base is poor leveled

The purchased based appeared poor leveled and and has twisted deformation ~ 1". My floor is leveled better than 0,25" on 4ft. When the base was placed on the floor it was wiggling on diagonal direction about 1 ". The base feet are unleveled at the rare surface and and joint corner is perturbed above all base feet. The installation require a LOT of work. Very disappointed.

The finished side of this shower base is wonderful. However, the workmanship on the other side was poor. Some of the fiberglass had to be ground down to make the base fit properly against the wall, and the wood pads that are supposed to go on the floor were way off. It took a lot of mortar to get the base leveled.

This is for my bathroom renovation where I am installing a shower where a tub used to be. My plumber recommended this brand and it looks like it should do the job; not installed yet. And, of course, it was much cheaper on Houzz than the local bathroom store.

This is a very good quality item. It has a non slip surface that isn’t too noticeable and doesn’t detract from its sleek contemporary lines. Fitting it was a little testing as it needs to be beded on sand cement mix and not all the supporting pads are at the same level. Drain alignment difficult.

The pan was relatively easy to install. No problem leveling, we used cheap plastic bowls (about 2 quart) to put the mortar in, to make a mold for the legs. Just use your level and either stand or bounce on top of where the legs are in order to get to level.
