Good unit, but...

I would give this a 5-star rating if the item were larger. At only 5.5 inches it didn't fully fill the old canister light fixture that I had hoped it would and I had to do a little jury-rigging to "hang" the unit in the old fixture location. What I am saying is, "this would be a good unit for a new installation but, in this instance, not a good replacement unit."

Okay light for certain applications

This is an okay light. For my application it is not amazing. Not all that bright. It replaced another 3000k and is definitely not as bright. The light is also very directional and doesn’t do well for a full room. I replaced a single naked bulb as this housing looks nicer but the single bulb lit the room better. Eventually I'll move this to a different spot but for now it isn’t worth moving. It would probabaly be good additional light above a desk but doesn’t work on it's own to light a small <10x10 room. The installation is decently easy though the instructions are poorly written. Also it is meant for a specific wire box which I did not know until I read the instructions. I made it work with what I have. Overall it is a decent light in the right application.

Great light highly recommend

I had a dated glass dome light that was old looking and it was time for a quick and easy update.

Little but bright

Was impressed with the light this little thing puts out. When I first saw it I was disappointed but after installing it which was very easy took less then 5 minutes I changed my mind. I connected it to an led dimmer and it works fantastic dims down very low and it is very bright on high. Its made very well quite heavy for its size. A kitchen remodel is in my future and I will definitely look into installing several of these.

Small and effective

This was a great change to my current lighting in a walk in closet. The install was easy enough with a change of the mounting bracket that just clips the light tight to the ceiling. The distribution of light was enough for the 10x10 closet and changing room.

Puts off a lot of light

This is a very bright, small LED light. It is flush mount and is 5.5inch in length. The installation is the same as any other hardwire light. I will be using the light in my master bedroom closet and is a perfect size for a small area or you can put multiple lights in one larger area. I don't think you can go wrong with this light. It is exactly as described on the product description.

Great light where you need low head clearance

This LED flush light is great for places where you have a low ceiling. We have short upstairs ceilings and constantly bump our heads on the old light fixture. This is less than an inch thick and fairly bright (12.5w) for its compact size. It comes with the mounting bracket, twist on wire connectors, is dimmable and wet rated. The color is a soft/warm white (3000k). A great light to upgrade an old ceiling light to give a fresh clean look.

Nice and normal

These lights are very inoffensive. The matte finish has a good texture and the whole light fits pretty seamlessly into the ceiling.
