Looks beautiful
Used the crown molding in several rooms. Looks beautiful and high end. Easy to Install and paint.
Very lightweight and my construction people said super easy to cut and hang. Still need to paint it but house is still in remodel mode, we'll get to it eventually
Worked great on my mantel
cuts great, Stick it on if you can, nail holes are harder to fill than wood. Used on my fireplace remodel.

Beautiful and good price! I will purchase again. Quick delivery. However, it is lightweight and flexible so you need to be care when cutting on an angle.
Adds distinction to the room
This was my first time using the foam type molding. I liked the fact that I could have something so unique and yet so economical. I created a two tone paint job by adding 3 "pinstripes" into the corners of this molding. It really adds a distinctive look to the room. For the length of walls that I had I did need extra lap joints in the middle of the walls because the molding pieces were eight feet in length. This did create extra work for sure but the result was worth it. I had experience cutting crown molding using the coping method. The polyurethane foam was able to be coped in the same fashion as wood. It actually was much easier because I could use sandpaper and a utility knife to trim the ends. I painted the molding before I installed it. To install the molding I used a brad nailer air gun with 2 1/8" nails. I chose not to use adhesive because I didn't want to mess with all that goop. I first tried using caulking made for foam moldings for the joints but that stuff sucked. I then went with regular drywall spackle and that worked amazingly well. A couple of layers feathered out and sanded, then touched up with paint finished the job.
not easy to install
the packing was non existent, i ordered 2 pieces, one came broken, the replacement came in a destroyed box but somehow the molding survived; there was no info about what type of glue to use, i experimented and found something that worked; it cuts easily and the finished installation looks good
Just as nice but easier than wood
We had no problems installing this molding over bumpy stucco walls. It's flexibility and low weight allowed for almost 100% one person installation. A real eye opener.
One of the strips turn out to be slightly off on size, which made seams very visible. Wayfair mailed replacement but it belonged the work and cost me additional contractor installation fees. Id caution on examine the size before installation.

We received two different manufacturers versions of this crown moulding which meant they did not cut the same or align exactly. We didn’t realize until after the cuts were made and things didn’t fit. Then we wasted time trying to figure out what happened. All frustrating and very disappointing.

I'm delighted with the surface appearance of this molding. It arrived in a timely way and was well packaged - no damage, all pieces usable. As I am using this outdoors to replace old weathered pine molding I hope it will be okay. Only time will tell. I'm a bit concerned about it's structural aspects
Not sure it’s what’s I wanted. The quality isn’t great. I should have read the material portion of the description. My bad.
So light and easy to install!
We put this up in two rooms of our house. SO much easier to work with than the heavy MDF that's up in some of the other rooms. There was SUCH an enormous number of choices also. Great experience!
Easy to work with
I ordered them to finish up a wall unit. It kept all the sizes and joints came out very nice. More to that, I used spray lacquer for finishing.
[Rewarded Review] 5.5" Ekena Millwork polyurethane crown moulding
Haven't installed it yet, but have used polyurethane products in the past. I know it"ll be a breeze putting this up!
[Rewarded Review] Nice quality
I like these poly mouldings. Not too heavy, not too light. They are measured in width and height, not diagonal.

Very easy to work with. I was hoping that I would be able to install only using adhesive (Liquid Nails ), but I did have to go to my nail gun to tack it up. Went up simply and looks great. I guess I was lucky and had no pieces arrive damaged. so many people complained about damage in route that I ordered some extra to account for it. I didn't need to.
The molding design and polyurethane material are excellent. Very light and workable, yet strong enough to take some beating during install. Just some quality control issues in a few of the pieces, such as bumps and gouges. I should be able to sand/fill-in these, but minus one star just for the extra work and hassle.
Light and easy to use
Buy this, but not the corner piece; they don't fit anything except perfect corners. They wobble, and one side or the other won't match up to the boards. I have never worked so hard and so long to scrape, patch, and caulk to make a mess look decent. I could have cut my own corners and had much better results in half the time.
Looks great but
Easy to work with and a beautiful finished product. However, during heating season it shrinks and almost all the joints opened up enough to be noticeable.
Traditional crown moulding
I have been a carpenter for 34 years had never used polyurethane crown. I ordered this for a entablature I was building over my living room Windows. This product was wonderful to work with I will be using it again with future projects. Wish I could have added a picture with the review it looks beautiful.
