Using the strut channel and angle pieces for mounting solar panels to our RV. Shipping was fast and product is exactly what I needed. Will definitely shop with Zoro again!
This solar panel mounting on my RV worked very well.
I mounted this strut channel on the roof of my fiberglass RV with 3m VHB tape. It serves as the mounting base for 3 - 200 Watt solar panels. I waited to post a review to see how well this mount worked, and can now say that the system seems very secure, in spite of the wind load while driving over 2000 miles so far. The aluminum rail seems to be the perfect size, and it allows a large bonding surface for the VHB tape.
