I just installed this new Halo shallow led housing in my garage build-out. This housing will allow an air-tight installation with the bonus of efficient LED lighting. The result is a nice, compact installation with an efficient LED lamp. Nice piece!

I received this product in the mail and excited to install it in my shop, but was disappointed to find out that it didn't come with bulbs and I'm having trouble even finding a bulb that works with it.

Where is the PAR-30 socket? It was not provided in the 4 lamps sent to me. I plan to use Halo fisheye inserts, with PAR-30 LED bulbs, not plug-in LED flat inserts. Fortunately, a manager at a Home Depot store found me some sockets, which I have wired in with wire nuts. The 7" deep housings I ordered {all but four of my light locations had sufficient clearance} had the ceramic sockets with the spring clips necessary for the fisheye inserts, aka eyeball trims.
