Not as pictured
The rug in the photos shows an all white background with larger grey dots. We received today and unrolled it to find the white background with large white dots and grey speckles on one half of the rug. I may not have minded if the speckles were throughout the entire rug, as I know some styles change from different season and can be mid-represented by the photos online. But, it looks like it’s half finished or dirty. And these are not pieces of rug from chipping or anything. I have not vacuumed it yet, but the little specs do not come out, they are woven into the rug. So frustrating. I will now have to contact customer service to figure out what to do. But I am sure I will not be able to get this rug rolled back the way it was delivered.
