I think you sent the wrong bulb.

I think you sent an Osram 64440 S instead of an Osram 64440. The tines are too thick and will not fit into the lamp.

My electrician recommended Bulb America who was quick and reliable sending the correct bulb that worked for my pendant light fixture.

I order this product and the logistics company only came once and instead of calling they just left and return the product to Lampenwelt. It is been a week that I am trying to contact Lampenwelt and they do not answer the calls or my email. They have not even contacted me to know why I have not received the product. I do not recommend buying through Lampenwelt.

They arrived speedlily...but the packaging very poor and so the lamps arrived in poor condition ...not sure if they work..I think they do..The product was expensive ..

A Unique Light Bulb Found Online and Shipped Internationally

When my bedroom reading light failed, I searched online for a replacement bulb only to learn that the bulb was commonly used in Fiat automobiles and not too easy to find. Indeed, I searched the Internet from top to bottom, without successful until I came upon BulbAmerica who happened to have the bulb in stock. The shipping costs across an international border were four times the price of the bulb but it was worth it because the reading light was important to me. USPS provided a tracking number that allowed me to monitor the progress of the shipment. Everything about my order was good. BulbAmerica had the rather unique bulb in stock as they said, they shipped it promptly as they said they would, the paperwork for crossing the border was correct and USPS provided tracking. The bulb arrived and proved to be an original OEM bulb as advertised. Good service all around.

I live on an island

I live on an island and needed a replacement bulb but couldn’t find it locally. ordered several and received them promptly. Shipping however was as expensive as the bulbs so I would only order again if I couldn’t get them locally.

The service and delivery was outstanding. However, you might check your shipping department...specifically the paper filler dispenser. When I opened the box it was full of red ants! Could have been because the box was left on the ground by the garage door—not by the front door. Not a complaint, just for info! Thanks.
