I needed a short extension cord that was of an adequate gauge for my sump pump. This is 14 gauge wire, rated for 15 amps. This info was NOT available online or at manufacturer website. It's perfect for my needs. Hasn't yet been needed, but it should avoid starting a fire by overloading.
