Great faucet line

The product itself was good but we had to do some rigging to actually make it fit what we thought it was already supposed to fit.

Moen spray leaks. It seems that the fitting is smaller than the OEM.

The quality of the hose and fitting seem to be excellent, only problem is it didn't my application. Returned it and got one that did, Don't be fooled like I was that one of these fittings will work with my need, nope, back to HD and try again. No problems with the return, CS staff was great....as usual.

Slim & Slippery

Fit my sink with no adapters needed. Was not kinked like most hoses. About 1/2" diameter gives it room to slide into the collar. Non-stick coating helps it slide past the undersink obstacles.

Check packaging

The package containing this hose had no adaptors, nor did the other five or six packages in the store. It was returned.

This product was of good quality, and I like it but did not fit the line I need it for. thank you.

Exactly as replacement. Did not take but a few minutes to replace.

Great item

It came on time and has multiple pieces to make sure it fits.

Easy to install

Easy to install on a modern Moen faucet. Comes with the appropriate adapter. In use, it slides through the sink grommet much smoother than the old plastic hose.

Did its job, but quick disconnect leaked

It’s a hose, so it did the job it was supposed to do.

Worked well and had several different connections.

It worked but....not easy to follow instructions

The instructions are not written in a well organized manner. The pictures or too small and not instructive.

Hose Leaked

Hose had a leak. Will be returning.

Once I was able to figure out the multiple connections (since the connection I needed looked nothing like the original) everything worked fine. My only wish is they throw in a couple extra orings of a different size. I tore one of originals at install and had to use another used oring from the hose removed. The orings in the kit have too large of cross section (too thick). But the hose itself is actually better than the original to use. Slides in/out sink better.

didn't fit when said it would, water all over floor! Instructions not the best, should be more brand friendly. I ended up returning it.
