Fan looks great in the room. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the light is not bright enough. I had to buy am additional lamp for the room. The fan is quiet and works well.

I love this fan. It's beautiful ! It's very heavy ; one person has a bit of trouble installing it but it's very quit and puts out lots of air.

Angi technician left without completing

I paid for the installation and the Angie's technician left without completing the install. Said he tried but couldn't waste more time after 2 hours.

Would not purchase again

Disappointed for a couple reasons. 1. This fan is not quiet. It is more quiet than some fans, but not anywhere near as quiet as the Hunter brand of fans. I have a couple Hunter fans and took for granted how quiet their fans are. The Casa fan has taught me that I will not purchase another fan that is not Hunter brand. 2. I feel like a paid a premium for a fancy fan. Then the manufacturer provides black plugs to cover the screw holes. Are you kidding me? See the pics attached. I will paint them, but come on! Lastly, I recommend professional install of any flush mount fan. And this fan has some very heavy pieces.

Very Elegant

I was looking for a more antique style fan for a bedroom and came across this one. This was my first purchase with Lamps Plus. The fan arrived quickly and was well packaged. After reading reviews, I decided to have it professionally installed by an electrician. He had trouble with the remote, but called the help line and quickly resolved the issue. It is a very heavy, well made fan. It was quite a bit more than I paid for other ceiling fans, but it is a very high quality and unique style that I wasn't going to find in a store. I'm pleased with the purchase.

Was great until it stopped working

We loved this fan, it was beautiful and quiet although the light was on the dim side, however one day it just stopped working, doesn't appear to be the remote because the blue LED lights up when pressed...
