Cheap construction

Units hot water supply line failed a few weeks after install causing water to leak into the wall. When I removed the unit to check for leaks the supply line connection fitting came apart. Nice looking but cheap construction.

This shower tower came well packaged and protected. The tower and head came in soft fabric bags to keep them protected until installation. The instructions might seem a bit confusing because they are for several different models so you need to kind of figure out what is needed for your particular unit. This is the second shower tower I have ordered from BWE and both were same type of assembly. This unit came with the shower head piece separate from the shower tower so it needed to be attached and have the water lines connected to the rainfall feature in the shower head. Instructions for this process were not in the instructions but it is pretty intuitive how everything goes and all the hardware I needed was included. The valves are brass with braided hoses connecting the various water features and stainless steel braided supply lines that attach to the water supply from the house. There is a valve to turn the water on and set the temperature and a diverter valve to select what water feature you want turned on. The water pressure is great at each of the features and the body jets are adjustable (a little). This shower tower is a great value!

I like the quality and the stainless-steel color in matte black. The mixing valve is solid brass with ceramic disc cartridges. The overall installation is easier than a standard tub and shower diverter because the plumbing is preassembled and surface-mounted on the approximately 48” tall shower panel. After connecting the water supply lines and installing the batteries for the digital thermometer, it is similar to hanging a picture.

The shower uni is great. When we had an issue with a piece of the handle breaking, the manufacturer was excellent to deal with and sent a quick replacement!

[Rewarded Review] Premium Multi-function Shower Panel

Decidedly the way to go when renovating and upgrading a shower to walk-in convenience. The anodized finish applied to all visible surfaces is appealing and matches the aesthetics of my shower remodel. Type 304 stainless steel construction convinces me that I needn’t worry about short-term corrosion. The rain head (Photo 1) projects outward and lends the comfort of copious wetting and a draft-free shower. The wand has a long reach (Photo 2) and many fine nozzles (photo 3) to concentrate waterflow where you want to scrub. The panel (Photo 4) allows one to mount all these, control them, and has the convenience of a temperature gauge so you need not “test” the water before stepping in. A superlative convenience is the two body jets at elevations along the shower panel. That fresh feeling of the rain head is assured from head-to-toe by additional flow from these. And making it easy to enjoy this luxury, the shower panel can be adapted to existing plumbing without major re-piping. Photo 5 shows the flexible plumbing that can be adapted to conventionally located risers after removal of your old fixtures. Concealed within the thickness of the surface-mounted panel, this may even allow one to retain the original tile on the shower bulkhead wall.

[Rewarded Review] Nice shower features, poor instructions

This is a nice, economical shower panel with luxury features integrated out of the box that way more expensive products have. This features two horizontal spray ports, an overhead rainfall, shower, and a handheld wand. All of this is in a matte black with at least one of the items featuring a silicone or rubberized coating for longevity.
