Poor customer service.

Customer service is terrible. The mounting rod got lost in shipping and they will not send a new one until after 14 days. I spent $825 dollars on fans and they are holding up installation over a $14 FEDX claim. Totally ridiculous.

I HATE this fan!

I purchased this fan on 2/24/2023 from Lowe's online. I had it installed by a licensed electrician on 3/10/2023. I wish I had had him take it back down & returned it. The light blinks randomly all of the time. I called 1-888-830-1326. They had me turn the light up & down twice. Told me it that didn't fix it, I would need to call back & order some part to repair it. Apparently this is a known problem. THIS IS A BRAND NEW FAN!!! I paid a lot of money for this POJ. It still blinks so I will have to pay someone to fix it. Is it my fault Casablanca fans are now junk? This is my last fan made by this company. They make a defective product & the customer has to bear the cost to fix it. BUY THIS FAN AT YOUR OWN PERIL. UTTER JUNK!!!

well built and easy assembly if you are handy. Lots of light and fan control, hope I can remember all the LED operation settings. But.... from the web site there was no easy way to order the same color down rod with the order. Once they finally got back to me they wouldn't waive shipping fees so I got one that is kind of right from Home Depot. Poor web site, poor customer service. Then...the fan has a slight wobble. Getting them to send me a balancing kit was a nightmare of emails, again really poor customer service. I still can't get the fan to balance perfectly, just keep guessing at it.

Excellent Fan

This fan we put in our bedroom, love the propeller and Led lighting. It has 4 speeds which is exactly what we were looking for. The light is supposed to dime haven't tried because I really don't mind how bright it is

Love this fan! It is durable. We used in my living room without the light kit and as a flush-mounted. I was a little worried it would be to low but it works perfectly. It is fantastic.

Beautiful Fan for my Patio

Although I love this fan I was completely aggravated that there were no instructions in the box I looked twice, my son looked twice, NOTHING. Had to search online for the fan and waste my time printing out instructions. at my expense of paper and inkCASABLANCA- How about some compensation for this considering how much i spent for your product

Great at fan, awful at lighting

I had a very well written long review about the difficulties this fan but I guess I went over the word limit. Long story short, hard to install required professional specialty tools, LED light is dimmer than a 40-W bulb, wall mounted remote is impossible to use if you have medium to long fingernails. Only good news is this fan runs well at high speeds and doesn't require balancing.

I installed 4 of these in my garage. (In hindsight, I could have gone larger) The instructions were were somewhat confusing but after the second one went up it was a "breeze" :). I used the 18" downrod with these. The fans move plenty of air and are quiet and stable. The lights dim but could be better controlled (however I do keep them on just one setting after all it is just a garage). The motor is reversible but you need to remove the light cover to access the switch. Not a proble as I'll only be doing it twice a year. It would be nice though to have that option on the remote. The remotes are very responsive. All said, I am happy with fans after 2 weeks of use.

This ceiling fan makes such a statement in my son's room. I love the contrast of the dark blades against his white ceiling. And to me, it gives off this masculine feel like an airplane propeller. Very sturdy and quiet
