Unexpected Cheap Tree For $300

I was stunned when I opened the box and found a very cheap looking tree. I felt I was taken for $300. It was full with no empty spots when all branches opened up but the branches remind me of strings of garland. Very fake looking. When I started putting the tree together I found an electrical cord taped to the tree and the lights plugged into it then taped all together. I would not recommend this tree for the price. No bells or whistles. No quick connect no foot press. Very Disappointed.

A difficult tree to deal with

I bought this tree a couple of week ago after watching a video at The National Christmas Tree website after a six month search. I have had many artificial trees over the years and this is the hardest one I have ever dealt with. It didn't help that the limbs don't lock in and it was very hard to pull the branches into place. The middle and top were impossible to place them where it doesn't look very sparse. The middle and top sections have so many shortened limbs it was impossible to get it to look like a tree with dense foliage. My hands got scratched while I was working with it that they burned when I applied lotion to them. After 4 hours of fighting it, I plugged it in hoping that it would look better with the lights on but it didn't. I can still see the wires on the light strings and the lights were in clusters in many places and could not be separated.There were a couple of pluses however, the tree was easy to assemble and the strings of lights were easy to plug in from section to section.I should have sent it back after shaping the bottom section but I thought it might get better and easier to deal with but unfortunately it doesn't.

It is totally different than what you show on line

I have always heard that the best advertising for a company is how they handle a problem. The first tree we received had a wiring problem and one area of lights did not work. It was easy to let Bed, Bath & Beyond know about the problem and we sent the tree back and had another one on the way before they even received the faulty tree back. The Christmas tree is very attractive with bright and colorful LED lights.

Incorrect Description?

The product description and specifications say this tree has white lights. The tree arrived with colorful lights. I see another review says the same thing. The product must be listed wrong online?

Perfect tree w/ multi color lights

This slim frasier fir tree is perfect. It is slim, but not too slim. It's very full, it doesn't have big open bare spots. I am very picky about my Christmas decorations. Very picky. This National Tree Company 7 foot tree is exactly what I wanted and actually better than I expected.

Beautiful tree! I love lights and this tree had it all. No gaps in the lights and very full once fluffed out. We put our tree on a coffee table and it fit perfectly.

Nice tree, but faulty lights.

The tree is beautiful and the size I wanted, but half of one string of lights burned out the first third day I had the tree. I checked each of the bulbs, changed the fuses, and the lights did not go on. I am disappointed that this happened.

Beautiful & Natural Looking

Love this tree. Fits great with the look (old/1910s) of our house and 9ft. ceilings. Glad we got the colored lights; they are nice and bright and the perfect hues. Easy to put together. Only complaint is description said it came in a “crate” of sorts so I was hoping that would help with storage, but it just comes in a box.

Beautiful tree, cheap quality

Do not buy this tree. This tree is very beautiful and well shaped, BUT it is extremely cheaply made. I am very disappointed. Many of the branches are loose where they attach to the base. The individual branches can barely hold the weight of a normal ornament so they fall and you have to bend and maneuver them. I ended up using 2 branches for 90% of my ornaments and the larger ornaments I didn’t even put on the tree for fear they’d break. My tree topper is a star that lights up and I had to use FOUR top branches to hold it up and it still falls over. I take it off when I leave for fear that it’ll fall and break. I would return this if I could. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Not worth it

Looks nothing like the picture, save your money and go to Lowes or Home Depot. Some of the lights do not work, large gaps and very fake looking.

This full but slimmer footprint tree was perfect for the space I wanted a "toy" tree. Plenty of lights and the branches were easy to arrange for hanging ornaments that were sometimes large. My 12 yr. old granddaughter set it up easily!

Lowes to Correct

The description of the tree was for Constant White Clear Incandescent Lights but the tree had multicolor lights. The Model # in the box matched the model # in the Lowes description of the tree but not the paragraph describing the tree. We accepted the tree which we ended up liking but Lowes should change the description.

slim tree that doesn't look too slim.

I chose this tree because I needed a slim tree, but did not want a straight line tree. The shape of this one looks more natural and the branches are not rubbery. I also wanted a tree that looked fuller -- where you can't see all the wires, etc. This tree looks fuller for its small size. The material however is the older style of fake trees, and I'm not sure how long it will look this nice over the years. I wanted a pre-lit tree. This tree fit most my needs.

Ready set up. Bright lights. Easy to connect my lighted star to the plugs in the tree. Love the slim design. Very happy with my purchase.

This tree is nice but nothing to rave about. I’ve had better prelit trees. Best thing I can say about this tree is at least the lights are actual lights and not that LED mess.

Not very full

A lot smaller than I expected. Not a very full tree. I had to buy artificial pine cones and ribbon to add to fill the empty spots. Great for a small space.

This tree is absolutely beautiful. It is easy to put up. The lights are plentiful and very bright. The limbs are full and took very little to fluff. It sets very sturdy in its stand.
