These tongs for the most part work great. Easy to clean and comfortable to hold. The prongs can bend if you apply too much force and so the pinching power can be out of whack if you don't fix them. Overall, a solid product.

I appreciate the offset design on this 7 7/8” plating tong as it fits nicely in the hand making it comfortable for handling fragile ingredients, the textured design allows for good grip and control.

These Mercer tongs have a nice grip, the resistance when squeezing closed feels just right to me. The textured tip is also good for assuring that what the tongs are holding won't sleep away too easily. Really a great product.

Brushed stainless, very soft spring force, feels terrific to hold in your hands, easy to use. Thats what the plus mean in the precision plus. The regular precision model is a tougher to use.
