Soooo much better

These look so much better than the yellowing ones my new home came with. Very thankful they make these, I wanted regular bulbs not the LED ones where you have to toss the whole fixture when it goes.

Ordered 4, 3 came in perfect condition, 1 still waiting for replacement. But I love how they look on the celling, they gave such a nice fresh look. Easy to install, replacement came in fast.

The problem is picture provided is wrong and confusing, I bought it and it is just the black case, not the lights, and now the by the contractor comes and open it and tell you that it is not complete, you are out of return period.

My bathrooms all have matte black finishes and these lights are perfect for the showers. Not too big or small, perfect size!

Needed to replace some discolored white versions of this item. These worked out great, and look much better than the white ones ever did! I highly recommend, especially if you have other stainless steel fixtures.

NICOR has bad customer service.

I tried working with NICOR customer service but found them very frustrating to work with and ended up needing to return product over an adapter to make the clips fit properly.

Nice lights. They look great in our new bathroom.

Beautiful good quality

No UL or ETL sticker, so it's not wet rated as advertised

The description indicates this baffle trim is wet rated and ETL certified, but there is no sticker indicating this, so it's equivalent to uncertified. Unfortunately, that's why I bought it as opposed to a dry rated baffle trim. It's also not branded, so I guess Nicor doesn't want to be associated with it.

Won't hold in the can and slides down.

Baffle fit but it couldn't hold the weight of the bulb and connector. the springs are not enough to hold this type of application within the can. I found an exact replacement that held the baffle in the can. The new one I found had spring clips at the top that were strong enough to hold it up.

Received undamaged, as pictured and I’m happy with how it looks
