Pleasantly surprised

As someone who has always had a real tree at Christmas, I was reluctant to have anything else. Once I made the decision to move forward with an artificial tree I poured through sooooo many reviews of trees before deciding on this one and honestly, I don’t understand any of the negative reviews. The tree shipped on time, arrived a day early, and was easy to assemble. I must admit there was a little learning curve with the fluffing process. It took much longer than I anticipated to fluff and I wish I knew to open the each section one at a time starting at the bottom…but that’s all things I have learned for the future. Once together, the tree looks very full and I am very happy with the purchase.

OK, but not as described

The tree is ok, but nowhere near as full as depicted in picture and described in description. All tags on the 3 sections were labeled as "Section 1, Bottom Section". It is obvious which section is which, but shows lack of attention to details by manufacture. Also, the video states each of their trees has a serial number attached to the bottom of the trunk which needs to be used when addressing any issue. The tree I received did not have anything enclosed with the tree that provided a serial number and definitely not a label attached to the tree trunk.

When we took our prelit tree out this year, only about 1/3 of it would light. We decided to get this 6.5 ft unlit tree. The previous reviews were spot on… assembly was easy, it will take a few hours to fluff out, and I should have worn gloves when I was fluffing to protect my hands. We decorated last night, and I think it looks awesome! The many branches are pretty strong. We used 400 lights but could have used more. So pleased!!

Very Pleased

Buying a tree like this on is a bit of a risk, but we're very pleased. We went to several stores and were shocked at the exorbitant cost of many artificial trees. This one looked pretty good online, and the price was MUCH more reasonable, so we took a chance. We took our time spreading the branches out; it took about an hour. However, it was very straightforward and easy to do - it just took time. It looks great, and we are very pleased with it. I bought a package of fir-scented small cylinders and hung one in the interior of the tree, so now it looks and smells live a real tree. And there is no watering and no messy shedding of needles.
