I looked at so many trees online. This one met my expectations and budget. It is very full and realistic. We are so happy and amazed how beautiful it is and so easy to put up!

Not Realistic Poor Quality

Sorry, but no amount of fluffing made the tree I received look like the pic online. At a cost of $399, it had wide spaces between layers, some areas lacked consistency in lighting, and overall appearance was very short, plastic needles. The one thing I loved was the variations in lighting. The warm white twinkle light was very nice. Had my old tree 30 years and hoping to find a pretty one that was easier to handle and put together. If tree resembled one in pic online, I would have kept it.

Got on sale a few years ago.

This tree is great! Looks like a live tree! Just added some pine scent to it so it does smell like a live tree. The led lights are bright and so many different ways you can change the color.

Hesitant to Amazed

Great tree, I was hesitant to get an artificial tree but it looks very real, easy to setup and the light modes are great! We received many compliments from our guests over the holidays

The shape was great. All the branches are full and not broken. We have had it for a couple months and is already fully decorated

We usually cut down a fresh tree from our property but ran out of time and bought one for the first time and everyone thinks this artificial tree is real. Great product!

FAULTY TREE FROM MANUFACTURER.QUALITY CONTROL IS 0

So disappointed..quality control at the manufacturer is 0..came packaged great light on every mode bottom clear middle coloured and top clear or vice versa..no sequence.. sent. Ack bed bath and beyond y-were good..if the manufacturer would have done a test run before packaging they would have noticed. So back to our faithful Charlie Brown tree.

Tree is good, lots of lights and colors. Happy with the result. Next year I will fluff the branches out more.

The branch count was clearly misstated as when received it was quite sparse. The wiring for the lights was in the edges of the tree. Looks nothing like the picture provided. Very disappointed and returning.

Waited a month for delivery

Tree is very nice, but Sams really dropped the ball on delivery. If yours is anything like ours be prepared to wait a month for delivery

Very disappointed does not look like the picture, No paper work in box not even sure I got the tree i ordered.

Easy to assemble and looks beautiful. Highly recommend!!

A little disappointed that the tree wasn’t as full as shown in the picture but I’m keeping it anyway. Too much of a hassle to return.

Tree and Topper

Why does National Tree provide a plug-in for the topper star but do not provide the topper with a plug-in but rather provides a battery powered one ONLY. Why not an option - plug-in or battery powered? You got me!! Otherwise, a fine tree.

Christmas tree

I finally broke down and bought a taller tree. Even though I spent more than I wanted, it’s a beautiful tree with branches that stick out so you can hang longer ornaments. Three color choices; clear, traditional colors and beautiful pastels that are very soothing to the eyes. It’s a traditional type tree. Hopefully, it’ll store well. One small complaint; the box doesn’t have a handle for easy carrying.

Easy to assemble, takes a bit of time to spread the leaves out. But looks very nice and real. Wish it came with a remote control instead of changing the lights on the foot control.
