Shipping Not So Good

I received both packages of 18 fence panels and 19 posts. After removing the cover off the crate and the cardboard cover off the other of the two packages, I saw that the fence panels were just thrown into the crate (see picture). Unfortunately, this ruined a bunch of fence pickets. The bottom horizontal rail is supposed to have an aluminum insert, and I'm missing two of them. I'm going to need to buy at least another two fence panels in order to complete this job.

Saved a TON!!!

Had several quotes for 6’ vinyl privacy fence on two sides of our property. Prices ranged from $15-$18k for 180LF which seems crazy. I did a ton of research on DIY install and settled on this product. Ordered from HD and it arrived at store in roughly two weeks, I will say do not be cheap, pay for delivery. We have a large sprinter van and it still took three trips. So easy to install we did the entire yard for just under $9k. Wife is very happy…

Nice, but won't last.

The product looks exactly like the fence I had in my yard. Seems to be pretty standard. The first problem though is that the new pieces don't fit the old pieces. So, you have to sand down the slots to make them bigger for the new pieces top fit. The second problem is that this product does now hold up against sustained winds we have had here in Nebraska. The anchor poles will crack and bend. Then you need to replace them. But, it's just a vicious cycle. The next time the fence goes down, I will shop for a different product to replace.

Sent the wrong order and I had to wait an additional week and a half. I couldn’t complete the project during the vacation period I took off to do the work. This is the second order from Home Depot that was messed up. I doubt I will shop at Home Depot any more.

Easy to assemble and nice look when finished. I learned the hard way you should not put up on a windy day!

The vertical pickets of this kit were different lengths. So, I had to cut the longest to match some of the others. Some pickets were shorter yet. I'm hoping all will go together properly. Otherwise, it seemed to be well engineered, but I expected better.

I was shocked when my fencing came in a small box and I was going to have to put it together. Nowhere in your ad did it say so. Also when I looked up how I could return it, at one point it said it was not returnable! I called and you did let me return it but it cost me! I should not have to pay anything because of the reason but I returned it. I went to Menards and got exactly what I was wanting and it is beautiful!

This went up so easily and looks great. Recently held up against 45mph wind gusts as well!

Panel arrived in excellent condition!! Delivery people were right on, and placed it right where I wanted it !! Only problem is, the end caps for the horizontal beams, top and bottom are missing. Without these, it looks unfinished. Can you get them for me ??

[Rewarded Review] Not just pretty

I have had this fence for a year and a half. Neighbors compliment the look, but the best part is the fence has not been damaged by Colorado weather: sun, wind, rain, snow or hail. Fence has not been damaged by my 3 feisty dogs jumping on it. This was a VERY smart investment.
