Bora tools has HORRIBLE customer service.

This wood rack came missing two small spacers from their hardware kit. It was suggested that I try calling Bora customer service.

Stay far away

I bought two racks. One set was missing all the hardware and the other set was missing the polls for the shelves to mount to. It also took over a month to get. Very disappointed. Can’t return to the store either. Worst experience.

We liked these so much from our first purchase that we ordered them again. These shelves work well for storing items like wood and pipe that we have.

Poorly machines parts.

The machining of the arms of the wood racks was inconsistent. The horizontal arms sat at different angles and did provide level surfaces on which to stack the wood which would lead to wrapping, the support staff at US Took were fantastic. They quickly had Bora send replacements that that came damages and had parts missing. Was able to retrofit the racks by creating shims from flashing metal and inserting them in the rear space behind the arm where it rests on the vertical member. I had watched a YouTube where someone adjusted leveled the arms using these shims. It was a bit of work but I am pleased with the final product. Frustrating but manageable. Concept is good but manufacturing is lacking.

A space-saving solution that's quick to install

I installed this last week to finally get the scattered mess of scrap lumber off the floor of my garage. Easy to install, slim and attractive, wastes little space, and quite affordable for what it is. It's not going to hold an entire lumberyard, but for someone like me who constantly has leftover scraps to store, the size of this unit is about perfect.

These racks work like a champ, I store hardwood for woodworking projects on them. Because I store heavier materials on the wall and these are rated at 110lbs per shelf. I use additional shelving units with 4 or 6 inch timberLOK structural wood screws (also available at Home Depot) depending on the thickness of the wall studs. I would recommend using these racks as advertised for molding, pvc pipe, conduit, metal conduit, pool noodles or anything of length you want to store, Just be sure to mount them to studs and use additional units if you are storing heavier materials if mounted correctly you will be satisfied!

Keeps long boards off the floor

I watched several reviews which helped me determine how I wanted to proceed with the assembly. I laid out all the parts and they matched as far as manufacturing. I decided where I wanted it and made sure I has the space required. Located my studs behind the sheetrock. I did not fully assemble the bracket as shown in the manual but started with only one vertical rail and the bottom shelf arm. This helped me support it while getting it leveled and drilling the mounting holes. Once I had the bottom hole secured I could easily get the vertical bar plum before I made the top hole. Then I proceeded to add the lower horizontal arms and work my way to the top. This worked great. Then I set up the other side. I used a combination of my tape measurements and my long level to decide where to put the bottom wall mounting hole, this also worked great for me. Then I added all the horizontal bars just as on the first side. I am totally happy with how the installation went and all the items fit together properly.

I grabbed a set of these when they went on sale recently and when I discovered they were still on sale I grabbed second using ProXtra dollars. I have a home made set of material rack and have always wanted a system I could rely on. I like my Bora clamps and knew that grabbing these would be a great investment. I was right and am happy to have a second set on the way.

Incredible price at $39.99 for this Bora 6 Level Lumber Rack. This is my third one for lumber storage in my basement. Easy to install and very durable. I’d buy more if I had the wall space.

Heavy duty enough for my lumber storage needs.

The arms are not mounted solid to the vertical wall mounts, but guess that enables them to be positioned at different levels if needed. All in all I feel like it is solid enough for my needs.

After shortening one of the wall brackets to fit my situation and locating studs the rest of the insulation went quickly and easily. I only used 4 of the arms but I have several 10 and 12 foot boards hanging on my wall and off the floor
