These lights are very bright. One issue I had...
These lights are very bright. One issue I had was the two springs that hold the light in place are so strong, they broke 3 of the clips off the existing cans as I tried to install them. Once that little ear or clip from the can is gone, you have to get the spring into the hole in the can instead of using the clip. That is not easy to do and then have the spring slide up in place.

The light works great and is a definite improvement over what was there before. The only problem is that it wasn’t clear from the information online that the hardware to connect to my existing can was different from what I needed, so I had to order special clips separately.

Easy to install and the swivel feature is great for sloped ceilings, but don't count on being able to swap out the bulb for something less bright -- it is permanent (but is LED and reportedly lasts 30 years at 3 hrs a day use). Best used with a dimmer switch.
