Defective Product

PLEASE don’t make the mistake of buying this terrible product. I don’t know where all the positive reviews are coming from. 3 months in, paint already started bubbling up and peeling off of the jets. 6 months in, the shower head broke (the manufacturer did send us a replacement. A year in, and ALL paint has worn off of the jets, including the newly replaced heads, and the hand shower part has broken inside and in unusable. The water pressure is incredibly high, and uses way too much water.

Perfect. We installed outdoor and it is a hit! Love the body jets and hand held.

Easy install, functions well and a reasonable price.

Beautiful & functional but Handle leaking very bad

The product is wonderful and worked well for about 6 weeks. Handle started leaking and once we checked the back we could see the water coming out of the handle connection.

Super easy to assemble. I actually had to modify a mount on it so all I did was grind out 4 rivets and move the mount with 4 Stainless Screws. Done!

On-Off handle leaks after 3 months

Need warranty service. No address listed on Home Depot warranty documents. Out of luck.

Hey ladies and Gentlemen here again today with another review this time I'll be reviewing a luxury shower panel system. So I received this last week saw the box was expecting it to be heavy and to my surprise it was very light. The box has been beat up pretty bad even though it's packed pretty well the system still got some damages, the support bars were bent and one of the tack welds were broken. But looking at the system it has a very impressive look and style to it, definitely will make a statement in your shower, I would have preferred the corners of the shower system to be more finished. They're just folded metal corners with sharp edges so just be conscious of that when installing and possibly showering, but the bamboo wood finish with the black finish look really good together it even came with braided stainless steel lines to connect to your plumbing " similar to washer and dryer the shower head is large with a good length extension rod valves turn free and operate smoothly

[Rewarded Review] Perfect Solution

The BWE 8 Jet Shower Tower is a perfect solution for those who are not doing a total shower remodel and want the benefit of a luxury shower with multiple shower heads at a reasonable price. It came packed very well with no damage. We are remodeling a guest bath and decided to use this once we have a new valve installed. The instructions are very straight forward and looks like any DIYer can do it. The BWE is well made and looks like it should last many years. Made in China

I used it about 10 times and then it broke.

There is no zero star rating or I would have checked it. I bought this shower panel in May 2023. It is in a guest bathroom and we had guests use the shower maybe 2 -3 times. In November the shower began to leak from the back. We had a plumber look at it and he said the back was broken and there was no way to shut off the water. I called Lowe's but they told me to contact the company. The telephone number ;owes gave me , rings and then says the voicemail is full. I called Lowes again, they gave me a website for the company. I went to contact us on the website and the link would not work. I then sent an email to the company and it has been 3 weeks no response.

[Rewarded Review] It’s a pretty matte black panel, shorter than most

I love that it’s matte black but it was too short. I was replacing an old panel we had bought elsewhere with this one, but didn’t work out as it was the wrong size for our shower brackets/holes in the wall from the old panel.

Nice style & color, but the jets are not very strong. In addition, this affects how far the shoots out or not.

Absolute Trash

Awful. No regulation on the water pressure. The water from the jets shoots in every direction as if there is calcification (and this is right after install.) We already drilled into the tile to install this thing and it is a big disappointment. I don’t know where these positive reviews are coming from because the unit is total crap. Returning this asap. Don’t buy.

Broken Part

It worked great and had really good pressure. But an internal part broke after only a month of use. Trying to contact the company for the warranty is impossible. Buyer beware

[Rewarded Review] It Feels Like You've Turned Your Bathroom into a Spa!

The BWE 6-Jet rainfall shower panel system has rainfall waterfall shower head and shower wand in stainless steel, comes in a nice matte black finish. I loved the way the water can shoot out of all the jets or the ones you choose. The installation was pretty straight forward and should be able to be installed by any DYI. This shower system is just what my bathroom needed as it makes us feel like we are bathing at a fancy spa.

Got this for our on suite shower and it will look fantastic in the half glass shower. It feels extremely high quality and I love the amount of adjustment and settings allowing you to get just what you want for your shower. All the pieces feel sturdy, well made, and modern. The plumbing behind looks very simple to connect to (just two connections hot and cold)
