The shower heads are fantastic...plenty of options for the spray...the only thing that I don't care for is the part that holds the handheld tends to become loose and needs to be tighten.

The shower head was easy to install, just took a few minutes. The total shower spray with both shower heads on is fantastic! Full body coverage so no more one shoulder getting cold while the other shoulder is in the water.

[Rewarded Review] Impressive first use of the BWE shower system

First time using a BWE shower product. Looks pretty sturdy with combination of plastic and metal parts. Mounted very easily to my existing shower plumbing with the included telfon tape. Packaged very nicely- see picture, so no damaged parts upon arrival. Main shower head has multiple choices from misting- spray - massage combinations. The added feature of jet at the end of the handheld shower piece helps with cleaning your shower. My wife likes combining both shower heads for hair washing. This is larger than my single sprayer, so required extra room above normal sized head

[Rewarded Review] BWE Shower Head is a good choice.

BWE 9-Spray 5.5 inch Wall Mount Dual Shower Head with Handheld Shower Head 1.8 GPM in Stainless Steel is a very good shower head option for many reasons except for one. The shower head arrives in a nicely packaged layout where every piece is protected and is easy to find. The instructions for installation are very good. They include multiple rolls of plumbers tape inside with the parts. Everything you need to install is included except the wrench to tighten the coupling. The unique design to hold the handheld shower head incorporates the hex head shape so that you simply slide it over the coupling once attached to the main pipe, and it is locked into position. This is where the one exception comes into play. For those of us who have hard water and use an inline shower filter, the shower filter will no longer work as the body of the holder will not allow you to couple the main body to the filter housing, unless you purchase a separate shower extension that goes between the two. This happened to me and it caused a delay in mounting to receive the extensions so I can incorporate my shower filter again. The pictures I have presented are temporary installation until the piece can be installed. The shower head has 9 spray settings, and they are all good, notwithstanding, the wide stream pattern is most comfortable for me, as it gives a massaging pattern and helps my old achy bones and muscles feel better. The handheld has the same settings which are equally as good, nothwithstanding that there is a separate function on the handheld shower which allows a powerful spray. This is good to clean the walls of the shower stall or tub area after use so that soap scum is rinsed away. I feel it is too powerful to use on my body. Overall I really like this shower head unit. It delivers better than most and I really like its appearance. Other than the extension piece I had to buy to use my filter, I'm very satisfied with it and would rate it 4*s out of 5, simply because they didn't think of the filter set up, and that delayed permanent installation. [Rewarded Review] No leaks on the first try.

This combination shower head and hand held sprayer has a nice chrome appearance. The hose is long enough that it’s usable for cleaning the whole shower. But it’s not so long that it gets tangled. All the connections have a rubber gasket. So I didn’t need to use the included teflon tape. Also, no need to over tighten. You dont want to crack the plastic connection points. Just get it hand tight plus a quarter turn with pliers. You can always turn it a tad more if theres a minor leak. It would be nice if there were instructions included. But honestly it was a five minute installation. Works great. Many spray pattern options. Just play with the levers

I'm a real estate investor. I buy old neglected homes, update and bring them up to code, then rent them. Kitchens and bathrooms are the biggest bite of the budget but when done nicely can command the highest rents. As part of a Home Depot promotion I was offered this BWE 9-spray 5.5 in. [Rewarded Review] Nice shower, feels like you got a shower!

Best shower I’ve had in awhile! The look is cool, in black. A nice change from the age old stainless look. This unit has two spray heads, one from a handheld and one from a fixed location. Both have many selectable spray patterns and you can use one or the other, or both at the same time. This thing really makes you feel like you’re getting a shower, not the typical spritzing you’ve come to expect from a shower.

[Rewarded Review] Well made and looks great

It looks very nice, installed easily and has some interesting features. The packaging it came in was well thought out and keep the shower head from any damage while also keeping everything organized and easy to see. I like that the wand holder is also used as a wrench to tighten the value, it worked great and didn't leave any tool marks. The kit came with thread tape so i didn't have to go dig some out of the shop and i thought that was a insightful addition i wasn't expecting. The whole instalation took about ten minutes or less. Best of all is my wife likes it and more overly, it worked great.

[Rewarded Review] AWESOME SHOWER HEAD

Love this shower head. The large wall mount head has a wide variety of spray patterns which are easily selected, and it is easily tilted to your preference. The hand held head has a wide variety of spray patterns too, and also has a very strong direct spray from the top of the head, easily activated when you choose to use it. Assembly/Installation instructions are very clear and simple to follow. They even included the Teflon tape used for the assembly in the package. Easy to install, awesome to use, my wife and I both love it.

[Rewarded Review] Stylish Look!!

My BWE 9-Spray Wall Mount Dual Shower Head and Hand Held Shower Head in Matte Black arrived well packaged, undamaged and with easy to follow instructions. So easy to install and operate. What a nice addition to our hall bath. The matte black finish goes well with the rest of our matte black decor and fixtures. Very well made of high quality materials. Really will enjoy the many spray patterns that this shower assembly offers.

Time to refresh one of my bathrooms. I found this "BWE 9-spray 5.5 in. Wall Mount Dual Shower Head and Handheld Shower Head 1.8 GPM with Stainless Steel Hose in Chrome, Polished Chrome" & thought to try it out. I am very happy i did. When it arrived it was well packed & came with all that you need to install it. Easy to select which shower head you want to use. The cleaning spray is nice when spraying down the walls. Nice finish on all of the parts. Very happy with it so far..
