Broken %26 Missing Parts

The box arrived with the bottom smashed and taped excessively. This explains why a corner of the particle boards (all 5) are broken %26 why I am missing all of the accessories. This is per the normal for companies under the Edsal corporation. This makes 2 out of 2 Edsal products delivered and unusable. I hate returning such large and heavy products.

Delivery failure by FedEx.

Fed Ex said delivery between 10:15 and 3:10 today. Still now delivery at 4:30. Now FedEx says delivery by end of day. One hour ago the delivery truck was about one mile away. Vehicle was stopped at the location for at least 30 minutes. Now is going in opposite direction. I have schedule work for my garage today that was contingent on delivery of my shelving units. Tell FedEX to give your money back for this poor service.

I would love write a review about the functionality of the product; however, since the company didn't bother to send assembly instructions, mine is still sitting in pieces in my living room.

Beautiful Reptile Rack

I'm currently using this split into two pieces for reptile enclosures. It's the perfect size to hold 40 gallon "breeders." My Leopard Gecko's custom enclosure weighs about 200 pounds, and this shelf holds it beautifully without looking too obstrusive or cheap. It's a great budget display and storage option for keepers who would rather put their money into caring for their scaly babies than fancy shelves to hold them!
