Great looking fan and moves air well. Unfortunately cannot be flush mounted so had to move it to a different room with a higher ceiling.

Looks great! Had a bad receiver and didn’t work but the company was quick to respond and sent out a new receiver that worked

Already died less than two years in service

We've had the fan for less than two years and it just stopped working out of the blue. No noises or sporadic issues as a warning, just went to turn it on and nothing. Our electrician said it's not worth repairing, and of course the warranty ran out 6 months ago. It's a very pretty fan (it gets an extra star for that) and worked great while it worked, but I can't recommend it with the short life span we got from it and I won't replace it with another Modern Forms fan.

Fan looks beautiful. We are putting this in our great room once the house is built. I will add photos once this has been installed.

Bad product

We purchased this in September, installed in December, it stopped working in April. Electrician says that the module is burned out.

Poor quality

This fan would not work so I contacted WAC warranty and was informed that I must have pulled the wires running from motor to receiver to tight and there was a disconnect . Instructed to take fan down and dissemble everything to the elec connection at motor and tighten. This fan was hard wired to motor. Called warranty Dept again and was told it must be a poor receiver and to fill out warranty claim with proof of purchase and they would send a new receiver.

I bought this fan for multiple rooms in my house including my covered patio! I love the shape and design. It looks very high end compared to basic fans found at hardware stores. I’m very happy with it!
