It was well constructed but not the right color.

I bought this model to replace a leaky non-extendable hose that had an annoying habit of getting tangled up in the shower controls. This new hose avoids that issue but has an awkward habit of its own. This is a decent enough shower hose, easy to install with a very bright and shiny chrome finish, however, I am not really impressed with its extendable reach quality. I find it a bit cumbersome to use as it doesn’t extend easily, causing me to frequently bend the hose near the shower head handle. I’m concerned that this may cause untimely wear and breakage.

It is already leaking in the hose

Good product, however did not fit application needed; otherwise, a good choice.

We bought a new Moen Magnetix dual shower head with the magnetically attached handheld wand Model # 26008BRB. The shower hose that connected the handheld wand was made out of really stiff plastic that would fight the magnet and even pop the handheld off the mount. My wife was ready to buy a replacement shower head assembly. I replaced the Moen hose with this Westbrass handheld shower hose, it is soft and flexible and doesn't fight the handheld wand. Perfect fix for the problem.

Extended reach hose for shower

I needed a longer hose in my shower. I had a good shower head, so i didn't want to replace that piece. However, the existing hose would not reach to the tub base. I needed an extra two feet to be able to shower our cats in the tub. They don't care for this, and always try to get out. I needed a hose that would quickly and reliably reach them. This hose extension fits the bill.

Color Great & Durable

Good quality 60 inch long black hose just what I wanted. Gives a little to stretch out but does not stretch to 82 inches
