Strong, solid shower base with minor issues

Bought this to replace an existing base during a remodel. It was delivered to the local store and was undamaged. It was packed well but I could see how it would get damaged if dropped on a corner. This model weighed considerably more than the one it replaced, and it has significant ribbed support on the bottom. The measurements were exactly as stated.

It was cracked on the corner. Thankfully the piece was in the box and I was able to epoxy it back on. It is in an area where it will be very difficult to find where I fixed it

Arrived broken and HD no help

This was picked up from a local store with "inspection" stickers on the item--yet once I got it home it was broken. Homedepot.com refused to help.

Product was cracked upon receipt and had to be refunded

It was delivered damaged the first time, second time had it sent to the store, had slight damage on the bottom corner, it wasn't too bad and it was hard to see so close to the floor and vanity is there to, so I kept it. After professional installation I was there through the install & tile work so nothing was damaged during the process. I was cleaning up and noticed a hair line crack in the middle on top near the flange back side, some dust must have made it visible, I wasn't happy at all! I should of just sent the other one back when I saw the first damaged spot but was also on a time line to get it done and who knows how damaged the third one would have been! Horrible Packing Material! Had to buy some fiberglass repair and put a little on there so hopefully it wont spread any further, just bumming I had to repair a new base, I'm a carpenter so I can do things like that but supposed it was someone who can't, then what? How can you prove it came like that? Beware if you order this, inspect it with a magnifying glass! It's too bad because its a sturdy nice looking base!

Packing and handling of these is awful. It is a solid built base and I think it will work out well. However if you need it quickly don't count on it. I had to return one because it was broken on arrival. The second one is also broken, but I did not have the luxury of time to return it. I had to repair it the best I could and go forward. If they spent just a little more on protecting it with additional corner support it would not be an issue.

Came in damaged. Corner was cracked. Manufacturer needs to package it better and create better corner protection for shipping this unit. We ordered it 4 x and finally got one that wasn’t cracked. It really delayed our project.

Item is as advertised - have not had time to install yet.

This pan has small tabs that keep the drain cover elevated. 2 were broken, which was discovered after installation. A poor design.
