Measurements in description are inaccurate

Description says "60 in. x 60 in." This tub is 60x30. It's only 30" wide. Your description is misleading.

The item arrived chipped and we had to send it back. It was out of stock and we couldn’t re-order.

Buyer Beware. Ours arrived damaged: Finish was flawed. Thought it was dust from the manufacturing process. Upon inspection before installation, it was a flaw. Could not return due to 30 day return guarantee having passed. Is there a warranty on this product?

Easy to install. Love that it has channels that stop the water from flowing into the floor. Design to install side panels is superb and allows for multiple dry fits without the risk of breaking the mounts

Very pleased with the tub, It's deeper than others. It states that there is a built in non slip mat but I still need something more to place in time. Highly recommend.

Was seriously damaged in package. Caused serious delay on our project and many other related problems as there was a dramatic wait for a replacement. Finally went to a competitor for a replacement.

After family use multiple times each day for almost 5 years, there are no cracks, staining or any other apparent defects. One of the best things I bought for my bathroom re-do.

Good tub a bit too small for my size.

I specifically got it because I read that it takes more water. I assumed that it means that there is more space in it. However in reality it is just deep but narrow, so it takes more water to fill it but it doesn't give any more room.

Small cracks but not significant

we needed to wait a few weeks to pick them up. They are lightweight (for bathtubs, anyway) and move easily over our painted concrete basement floor in their boxes. We opened up both boxes to make sure there was no damage and discovered matching cracks in each piece on the front left corner (far from the drain). They are well back from the "exposed" part of the tub, however, and as far as we can tell there shouldn't be any risk of water leakage. To be specific, it is on the flange portion of the tub (check the installation guide for the diagram if that's unclear) - per the guide there will be at least 1/2" of space between the edge of the flange and the back of the surround wall. The cracks don't reach any further "in" to the tub than the width of my pinky finger, so I don't believe that they are anything to worry about (since by the time the crack reaches the tub side of the piece the crack is so superficial it is hardly noticeable). The only place where the crack goes all the way through the acrylic is at the upturned piece of the flange that will be clsoest to the wall. We may even be able to fill them in if we decide to do anything about it.

Cracks

Initially I saw that both sides of the flanges were broken and cracked. Still usable somewhat but then notced cracks in the tub body itself. Waiting for shipping co to come pick it back up. Not woth the time and hassle.

unable to keep clean over time

I bought the tub along with the Veritex surround about 3 yrs ago. I am single guy, get very dirty and rinse the tub shower after daily use. I clean the tub thourally about once a mounth with Mr Clean. From the first months i started to use it the no skid discolored brown. I used Mr Clean like it said online. I called Swanstone and told them about the problem. The women who answered said I can use Commet and Lime away. I tried both saw a slight improvement but the tub still looks dirty. I like the size, solidness of the tub and the design of the surround is nice but due to the lack of inability to prevent everyday use discoluring I would tell no one to buy this tub unless you were flipping a new house. I also bought the Veritex surround and similiar issues where the shampoo bottles sit on the shelf unable to get rid of the ring marks....
