Too early to rate the tub, just installed it, and no problems issues, but I am giving 5 starts for outstanding customer service. Easy to reach, immediately understood the issue and resolved promptly and professionally. Not everything is perfect all the time, but I'd definitely use Kohler again (direct kohler.com), the company really stands behind its products.
