Great look and finish!

Packaged well, finish is very nice. The glossy finish is what I wanted which was different than most of the other acrylic bases. Still has a subtle texture to keep slip resistant, but look is very clean. Extra 'support pucks' on bottom help distribute weight, but I put two bags of mortar under it anyway to be safe. Would buy again.

Product does not match drawing supplied

The product as received does not meet the drawing. This has caused me 4 hours of rework to move drain 1 inch. Had to cut floor to access drains. The 12 inch dimension on the drawing is really 11 inches. Home Depot should discontinue this manufacturer.

Edges/corners crack very easily. There is a thin lining/coating that also chips so be extra careful. Other than that product is great. Shipped to us quickly and arrived well packaged.

I love it, it's beautiful BUT, terribly poor packaging. No more than 1/2" of foam at the corners isn't enough to protect these. By all means, buy one, but make sure to open the box and inspect it fully. The manufacturer should be embarrassed by how the packaging absolutely fails to protect such a nice product.

No longer need to worry about leaks. I think all showers should have preformed base. Tile is great but there are always chances of leaks. Easy installation. Just make sure the drain lines up. I used mortar so that there is a solid bed and no dipping in the base itself. Ships right to your door and in good packaging. Install the base before you start to install the wall.
