The doors do not close properly

I purchased two of these doors and both of them does not closed properly, contacted the company and they do not provide any support so far, I have the two doors installed and the installers tried many different ways to adjust without any luck, I am sending emails to the company and nothing helpful so far, if I could I would take the doors down and return them.

Product quality not good. The bar is too light to hold up the glass.

Very nice doors though a bit thinner than I expected, but still very sturdy. They slide easily and look beautiful!

Great door

The parts sent didnt align properly to tye shower base. There were slight angles in along the length of the frames which madd them hard and install and the base was already wobbly.

Great looking shower door. Delivery process was not smooth.

Door looks nice and works well. The rollers are very smooth. Unfortunately, water seems to splash through the gap at the bottom of the door making the outside shower floor wet. I need to install some type of threshold gasket to block this from happening.
