There is nothing I dislike about this product. The color is perfect (dove grey) --not too blue, not too brown. It melds with my bathroom perfectly style and all. I was worried that it might be "too industrial" but it's not. Simple and understated. Much prettier in person than I thought it would be. The quality is excellent. It seems sturdy. The soft close works well. The shipping was flawless. I live on an island so it's always a challenge getting furniture items here, especially in one piece. This arrived on a pallet and everything was intact. Not a scratch on it. It was very well packed. This, in contract with my experience with Home Depot who shipped via UPS and it arrived cracked. Then with Pottery Barn who could not come up with a shipping date in 4 months, nor could they tell me where the piece was. Houzz has a real value added process to make sure you get what you ordered and you get it when they say it is coming. I could not be happier.
