The lights didn't not work and I didn't have enough time before Xmas to have replaced. Otherwise great product.

Was a beautiful tree. Everyone loved it.

It was way shorter than I expected it to be

Lights flashed on then went out. Contacted Fraser Hill, they sent out another tree. Got the replacement tree two days later. Plugged it in and the lights worked for about 30 seconds. When I turned the lights off the never came back on. Returned to my local Home Depot, still waiting on my credit.

Lights are not working

Doesn’t work. Called in and emailed a trouble report. Got a incident number and I followed up with an email twice. I’m still waiting. Great customer service. Don’t waste your energy.

Lights did not work on the tree

Not worth the money

This tree is not 64 inches. I am 5'6" and I am taller then this tree. I can also reach around this very small tree. The actual tree part is only 3 feet if that. The branches are so small you cannot put ornaments on it. Also my lights dis not work.

I love my tree

This tree is very easy to assemble. At first sight you think it looks skimpy but after it’s decorated and the snow is falling it looks full. I love it and everyone who comes over compliments the tree!! Just remember to check your lights before you add snow, mine need some stretching the cord a little.

I love the effect of it snowing. It however...

I love the effect of it snowing. It however is a little finiky getting to snow when you first turn it on. But once you get it going it's awesome to watch. The music tends be somewhat annoying so I have kept the music off.

The branches were thin and very cheaply constructed. The redeeming quality is the snow affect. However, be prepared to be cleaning up snowballs. It was worth it, but I was very surprised at the quality of the tree itself and the ornaments also were cheap plastic.

Tree is tiny, and clogs up constantly, great concept poor execution. So very disappointed. I returned it.

Pictures don’t match

The tree is way smaller, thinner and no where near as full as it looks in the pictures. It is a total disappointment
