The unit leaked badly. It was allegedly tested at the factory?

Attractive tub, well constructed, and considerably less expensive than the competition. Great features and works fine. Satisfied so far!

We bought this tub and had to remodel and customize our space for it because of how our setup was before. I am 54 and 150lbs so this size tub is perfect for me. My husband however, is 6 and 240lbs and he fits very snug in here. We wanted this tub mostly for him because of his aggressive job stress on his body, but it is a bit too snug for him. He did sit in it for a bit, but just wanted to clarify that it is pretty narrow for a muscular bulky guy. It is very lightweight so we need to be very careful when we get out so we dont tilt it over. The faucets have great pressure and so do the jets. If I could change any thing it would be for it to be a bit quieter and for them to offer the faucets in other colors. We would have loved the faucets in matte black to match our bathroom.

Overall, the tub looks nice. However, the one issue is with the tub’s drain. The current water hose sticks out horizontally underneath and is causing us to create a large hole underneath the tub. I wish they offered some other options for the tub. That would make the rating much higher.

Gorgeous jacuzzi bathtub. Comes complete with all the fittings. Large enough to accommodate 6’ tall person. This was a good purchase. I can’t wait to test it out when my bathroom remodeling is complete.

Glad I made this purchase! The bathtub was just as well constructed as the description stated, and I love its high gloss acrylic finish! The installation was easy and didn't take our handyman very long.

Purchased this for my wife 6 months ago; when I finally got my construction project to the point where I could install it, I leveled it and filled it (per the instructions) to test for leaks - one fitting was loose, so I drained it - put teflon tape on the threads and re-tightened but I over-torqued the fitting and damaged it - 100% MY fault. I called Empava (888 682 8882) left a message and a rep called me back in less than 5 minutes - we spoke / emailed and resolved this in 24 hours! : )

Empava customer service is great, they contacted me after my initial request and offer to send me a new tub. This is a great-looking tub with a jacuzzi, with the valves on one side. The jets are powerful, and the tub itself is very light and easy to move in place.

Leaking water from glued pipes

I am very disappointed with this tub. Is leaking water underneath from the factory glued pipes. I contacted the customer service and no resolution so far. For the price of this tub this should be top of the line and great quality but is not. Aside from leaking water, every metal including the motor is rusted, like they sored the tub ouside in rain for a long period of time. Very disappointed with the product and the company.

This is a beautiful tub at a wonderful price. When we remodeled our bath, we selected this tub, it looks very elegant.

Excellent customer service and quality product

Its been a month since we have the bathtub installed. We love how easy it was to install ( given you have the plumbing correctly underneath). My first tub arrived with a chip at the bottom. The customer service team was very responsive and helped me through the entire process to get me a replacement tub. They def stand behind their products to make sure you are happy with your purchase and the quality is great. Highly recommend!

No regrets

It look looks absolutely beautiful. Lightweight but doesnt look cheap. We had the contractor install and it took him a couple hours but it was his first time with one like this. He was happy to do it because he thinks hell be doing a lot more of these in the future. Its comfortable. I love it.
