4th tub is the charm

We ordered our first 67” whirlpool tub on 2/28/24 from Amazon. ALL three tubs through Amazon were damaged on arrival, in spite of a reasonable packing job including plywood. After wasting 2 months and holding up our contractor, waiting on a functioning, non-damaged tub, we ordered directly from Empava. The tub arrived in flawless condition (same packing as the other three tubs), was installed and works flawlessly. It is very comfortable, and very quiet. I do think the jets could be upgraded to a larger motor, but it’s still very nice. Looks great too!

Made in China. Drain assembly is not standard and it looks like a cheap thin/ transparent corrugated pool hose. Called the company about it and they said they are aware of the problem and have men asking the manufacturer for the last 5 years to correct it. The factory has not addressed the issue.

Do not walk away from this tub run as fast as you can. The jets are horrible. The only way I can get them to work is plunging the whirlpool suction strainer 3minuets before each use. I’ve spent the last 45 days going back and forth with the manufacturer mainly through emails because they won’t answer the phones to no resolve. If you do decide to purchase anyway make sure you save all of the packaging in order to have it picked up or it will be your responsibility to get it back to the store.

This is one gorgeous whirlpool bathtub. I am 6ft tall and will be able to sit in this tub with my legs straight. It was extremely well packed and it arrived with no damage. I highly recommend this tub!!

Major issues - horrible product

The tub looks great but there are MAJOR issues. First, the tub needs to plug into a wall right next to the tub which will almost never pass inspection. Second, after the tub was installed, we testing the tub and the pump leaked down the line, through the floor. New sheetrock had to be ripped out. Our house is a mess now. The plumbers are here, we are returning the tub today. There are plenty of tubs out there -- keep shopping and stay away from this product.

Great Tub

This tub is so relaxing. Sleek smooth and beautiful. It is a very modern tub with light jets that really give you the spa experience. The water is a beautiful blue color and looks so fancy. The detachable shower head is an awesome feature and allows you to clean the tub and wash your hair after a bubble bath. Love this tub. Worth the money and high value!

This tub is amazing, beautiful and well price

I just rebuilt my master bathroom. In the bathroom, there used to be a big corner jacuzzi tub that took a lot of space. I selected this tub for the size and the look of it. Wow all I can say is, this tub is beautiful amazing and very beautiful. I have to also mention that the quality material that the manufacturer use is great. I would encourage anyone trying to update their bathroom.
