We love our new tub! Make sure you tighten all the connections when you install because things came loose during shipping. It would be nice if the jets could be adjusted individually, but for the price, this is a beautiful tub! We also love the way it fits against the wall, giving us more space in our bathroom.

Very happy the way the jacuzzi was delivered and dropped off in the back of the house. The jacuzzi is a perfect size for the space a have in the bathroom and is a very beautiful thing to have it values your house for better

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We received a tub with a broken tub shoe and hose. We were sent the wrong replacement parts. We made multiple attempts via phone and email to get the situation resolved. Our phone calls and emails were never returned.

No Response!

Spoke with Aaron. My tub is damaged. He said he would try to get us a replacement, but he has not gotten back to me.

Great tub, saves water

I really like this tub. I feel like it saves a lot of water compared to my old built-in old tub. It came in a giant crate, which made me think I was receiving goods from some amazing archaeological. Dig, contractors also said it was exceptionally easy to install. I love the fact that it has an additional spray hand to help with hair, and I like that the drain is in the center on the bottom. The jets are great and it's exceptionally comfortable to lay it.

Delivery quick and easy. Installation easy. Looks awesome. Functions perfectly. Comfortable to lay in. Can't say anything bad except pillow went straight to trash and our sprayer broke but they sent replacement right away. Absolutely love the tub!

Beautiful bathtub! It hasnt been installed yet but we took it out of the box and it surpassed my expectations. Really well made! Very sturdy! Perfect size for a smaller bathroom.

This is a beautiful and comfortable soaker tub that was easy to install. The company offered excellent customer support and solutions for our problems.

No issues, works great

Jets work great. Lighting is kinda cool, and creates a cozy feeling. Tub maintains temperature, which is super nice, because I do not like the idea of adding hot water every time when it gets cold. It is deep, so you can actually soak completely. Overall, great product, we use it daily for about 3 months and had no issue so far.
