Take all packaging off as soon as your tub arrives! Tub arrived damage at the end. Very disappointed and did not realize the hidden damage under the styrofoam until install day. This was past 30 days of receiving it. A store credit was provided after calling in. A second tub arrived damaged too but noticed upon delivery and received a refund. Very frustrating.

Damaged

This tub was delivered to our house and the box was intact. No reason to suspect damage. When our plumber unwrapped the tub and removed the styrofoam from the rim of the tub, there was a deep scratch. I called and spoke with Home Depot and they put me in contact with the manufacturer. They would not replace the tub with a new one. They requested that I send a picture, order number, po number, address. They were quick to respond but blamed Home Depot.

It looks beautiful now but you'd save yourself money buying a more expensive model because this one had so many manufacturing flaws it cost a lot of hours to get it installed. Poor design, poor quality (we had to cut the bottom ring to make it even because it was about 3 inches out longer on one side). The way the floor mounting works makes it almost impossible to get it level without building a box for it anyway. Super annoying. Pretty in the end though.
