Great product. Great service. Fast to get to shipper. By third party shipper was terrible if you live in a remote location. Would not order to the mountains again

So relaxing

The most remarkable this about this tub is the water stays warm for a very long time. Soaking in it for 45 minutes and the water is still very comfortable.

Great tub - terrible QA

Tub looks great and we’re very happy with it…finally. Had to order it 3 times to get one that wasn’t damaged by the factory or shipping. Flimsy packaging and poor handling process adding stress to the job. Probably could charge less for the tub if they weren’t always damaged and require replacement.

I just took my first bath with this tub in my new home. It feels flimsy to the touch and I was not aware of the 2 pieces. I assumed it was all one piece. It seems cheap. Very disappointed.

Don’t do it

Almost impossible to connect water and drain lines without cutting a whole in the ceiling. Make sure you can find someone to install it before you buy one.

very bad aesthetic. pictures are deceiving

the pictures look great but I don't think this tub is worth the money. The tub has a nice sillouette but the basin sits into the frame and has a very ugly unfinished edge which hangs down. It looked like a one pieces tub in pictures but in person does not look great.

Beautiful bathtub perfect for long baths

I’ve had this bathtub for over a year now and have used it once a week since it was installed. It is very comfortable and the water stays warm for a long time. It’s easy to clean and though it does creak a bit when I’m moving around in it, it’s acrylic so that’s to be expected. The edge around the top underneath where it rests on the bottom piece is rough, that’s my only complaint. I’d prefer a smooth edge. I bought this for beauty and cleanability and it meets both those needs. Highly recommend.

Great for soaking

Bought this tub during our masterbath remodel. Love that it is soaking depth and has inclined back rests at both ends. It is acrylic which is a good thing from a perspective of it feeling warmer to the touch and being lighter on our second floor especially when filled with all that water. It comes in two pieces with the top sitting on the bottom. The outside bottom's sides flex to the touch which is disconcerting. Some silicone around the edge helped some. Overall it would be better if the tub were a bit more solid.

It’s deep, comfortable and beautiful! So glad we choose this tub a few years ago for our new build!
