The doors are so crooked…

Absolutely terrible quality. The doors are so crooked. Even after hours of adjusting getting the doors perfect is near impossible. No this is not user error… this is build quality. I am decently handy but this has hurt my back and is a complete nightmare. The reviews say one thing but pictures say another. I am seeing great reviews but you look at the pictures they post and all of their doors are so far from even too! I blew $600 on this and have no way to return it…. Not happy at all.

Nice looking but difficult Customer Service

We received the box and were a little concerned about it as the box appeared to be beat up pretty badly. Opened it up and didn’t see any damages. Began putting it together only to discover that the shelves were both damaged. One had a corner broken and the other had what appears to be a slice in the middle. See pics. These were both on the finished side. Assembly was a breeze for the most part. Easy to follow step by step. Put it together in a relatively quick fashion. The door hinges were a bit of a bear but my son-in-law came by to help with those and we were able to get those pretty even thanks to him! Only thing left was to get the shelves replaced. The manufacturer warranty said to contact the seller for any claims. We took to the local store and they said to contact the 800%23. Called them and was told they could only do a full return and send another one. I told them I already had put together and just wanted to get new shelves. They said I could purchase shelves and they would reimburse me for them. I said this was not acceptable because this is putting more work on me and having to wait for them to refund me. I was then offered to be given the manufacturer phone to contact them. But I told them that the warranty tells me to contact the seller to get a resolution. They told me the only way to do so was to contact a request a supervisor to see what they can do but it would be 24-48 hours.

I’m using it as a sideboard, it pairs with my light colored floor nicely, and matches my dining chairs and a few other pieces in the dining room. It immediately became a center piece once I push it to the location in the room!

TV stand is beautiful but it is not sturdy, the innner shelves cave in even with not much on top of them

So cute I loveee it took us about a hour to put together. If you’re having problems with the doors on it make sure you loosen the bolt.

Pretty piece but impossible to get doors even

The pilot holes for the doors were barely ther making it very difficult to screw them onto the main compartment. The doors are nearly impossible to get even. I’m using this as a small buffet so it will be behind a table and the doors will not be as noticeable

Easy to put together. The doors are a little difficult to align. Beautiful color. Love it.

Looks good except doors

Was not easy to put together and the doors do not align but the overall look is pretty decent for the price. The doors came chipped as soon as I opened the package but the box was so heavy I couldn’t imagine having to return it

Assembly is not smooth

It’s heavy and seems to be well made but assembly is cumbersome especially with the doors, still trying to align them.

Perfect TV Sideboard

Beautiful modern sleek light wood TV sideboard! I recommend being well rested and reviewing instructions prior to assembly. Easily assembles paying very close attention to which hinges go on each door (2 types). The doors adjust nicely, best to level them with 2 hinge screws starting from left side across all four doors to right side. Really love the heavy weight feel and gorgeous look.

Very sturdy and beautiful furniture piece! It took a bit of adjusting the screws on the door to make sure everything was even but other than that the assembly was straight forward.
