Nice furniture but you can’t contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer website gives a contact email address but it doesn’t work. God help you if you need service after sale.

Frame and Rattan are nice cushions are too thin, not enough padding

Putting the furniture together was not difficult and we have been enjoying it ever since.

Will rerate if I ever get the fireplace to light!!

Beautiful set. We really love it. Assembly wasn’t to hard. Gas tank ring required redrilling the holes for the tank to fit through the door. Still, recommend.

This is a very sturdy product, it was fairly easy to put together while following the directions- but time was way longer, maybe you could get the time down if you did this all day every day but it took a good 3 hours for 2 of us- not bad. I like that you have options with how you put it together. Delivery was great, the driver brought it to the side of our entryway and stacked it against the wall which was nice because I wasn't home when it was delivered.

Very Beautiful Patio Furniture Set

I ordered the 7-Piece Wicker Patio Set with Fire Pit and Glass Coffee Table. It arrived on time, as promised, and is every bit as beautiful as advertised. I assembled it by myself, so took a while, but was able to get it set up within a day. The fire pit is both beautiful and practical, since it functions as a table also. This set is definitely nicer than some of the pricier ones I've seen around and seems durable. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment on my patio with family and friends.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HOME DEPOT

I purchased this item and opted for store pickup to avoid the high shipping costs that Home Depot wanted to charge. Unfortunately, the store lost one of the boxes, resulting in a frustrating two-hour ordeal at Home Depot that I’ll never get back. Save yourself the hassle: either have it shipped directly to your home or just buy it from another retailer.

Nice Set

This is a very nice set at a great price. The sofa and fire table were very easy to assemble. The U clips do a very nice job of holding each piece together, but only received 5 of the 10 that was supposed to have been sent. Sent a text to customer support 4 days ago, still waiting on a response. Cushions have nice thickness, but disappointed on the color - description states cream, but they have a very distant yellow tint. Other than the color, I would highly recommend this set!

This set is a godsent. The cushions are so comfortable and keep their shape. Love the color.

Good customer service by manufacturer

Once we had put this set together we decided we wanted to change the cushion color. The company supported our request immediately and sent us the other color right after we contacted them.

Instructions were not very clear. Nor was the pieces labeled correctly. Not easy to put together. Nice once it was done!

The Wicker Patio set came complete with no missing parts. Wasn't hard to assemble as well. The Gas Fire Pit, once we placed it together, we fire it up with no problems, will be a great addition to my outdoor Pavilion near my outdoor wood burning fire place for our winter gatherings.

Love it BUT

When it came down to putting the end chair together to make it a sofa, I think we were given a left end piece We had to turn the chair a different way for it to even connect, we made it work but it's definitely not right but wasn't going to take it back a part either

It’s a beautiful set but the corner cushion faces outward and u can see the zipper part of the cushion. So as one of the single chair, there’s no way you can turn it because of the Velcro that is sewn on the cushion. Plus when I put the corner table together the glass doesn’t fit, so now I have to take it apart to make it fit.There’s another issue, the fire pit came with a heavy duty cover but for the rest of the furniture set. I’ve had it less than a month.

Love this furniture set

This is a very nice set for the price. We set it up individually - 2 piece sofa and 3 individual seats. You can put it all together as a sectional, and It is a very sturdy set of furniture.
