Love the furnitures , look great after assembly and inexpensive

[Rewarded Review] Bad service

I didn’t care for the material of the cushions. I was also missing pieces to finish 3 sections which the vendor was quick to respond however I kept waiting for it to come. I couldn’t use half of what I had. I decided to return all the furniture however Walmart sent me to the seller now they won’t respond. It’s been 3 days and still no response. I have 30 days to return the furniture but I’ve waisted half that time on the seller. I won’t be ordering anything like this again from Walmart. If Walmart sells you something they need to refund your money just as if I bought it in the store.

Get what you pay for

Great patio set for the price. Easy to put together, however, the hardware was all thrown in one bag for you to sort through yourself which really slowed the process down. Some pieces of the seats were bent upon arrival but not bad enough to alter functionality. Cushions are fairly comfy but slip off the seats. Overall, happy with the purchase but you are getting what you paid for

Ok Quality, missing parts”and vague instructions.

The quality was about what we expected for the price. The instructions were very vague and many parts were missing their labels which added to the assembly time. Don’t even think about assembling this without a power screwdriver (a power drill will not fit in most areas for assembly. There are multiple boxes that will get shipped to you but you only get 1 shipping notification/ tracking number. We spent several hours trying to track down missing parts / boxes to finally be advised there are 4 boxes that arrived over 5 days. There are no instructions on how to layout the future to fit under the cover so that is a bit of a chess match initially.

Terrible company/product

Purchased Aecojoy patio set. Arrived without hardware, instructions, and multiple pieces were damaged. When we reached out to Aecojoy, they responded saying the damaged pieces weren’t a safety hazard. Acejoy stopped responding. Fortunetly Walmart made it right but Aecojoy is a terrible company. Dont buy their products.

3 Strikes

My last three pick up orders from the Oak Park Heights Walmart have been unaccceptable. From squishy squash to Simply Strawberry lemonade that looked (and tasted) expired (it wasn’t but am wondering if it was left out in store) to corn that was half rotten once shucked. I think I am done with the app fior the time being. They have to win back my dollars. I wish I would have taken pics but had a famikly gathering and just had to run to store and get what was needed on the fly.

Nightmare

This set was a nightmare to put together! No instructions, only pictures to look at. The hardware was not marked to know what went to where etc

Poor customer service from the vendor

Extremely poor customer service from both the vendor and no follow up from Walmart. Purchased two of these sets and have requested a return of one of them numerous times. Vendor has not been cooperative and Walmart assured me something would be done within 48 hours. Still waiting on that. Reconsidering Walmart plus membership, probably a waste of money. Better off sticking with Amazon.

Truthful

Buyer Beware, This set is complete junk, Seller will not send you return labels for the boxes, it's almost 300 to ship them back, Walmart washes their hands because it is a third party seller. Please buy from literally anyone else

As terable

Had three packages , I was outown, bought and shipping date to be Saturday , then the delivery date changed to the day before Friday, I had to derange my schedule so to be there on Friday instead as original showing of Saturday, I was there , only 1box out of three was delivered , then according to Walmart order was complete , contacted want was informed the other to packages would be delivered on Saturday , 1additon package arrived Saturday , then on filling monday the last package was delivered , causing me to lose 2 days work and staying home on Sunday thinking the may deliver , very bad experience , could have ordered from amozon and revived all on the same Dey , Very Bad Experence

So disappointed in this company!!!!

They never send it to you!

I never got this product. It says it was delivered on the other side of the country. Walmart doesn't know here it is, I don't have it.... But it sure says it was delivered and nobody knows where it is. It's not the first time that happens. Sadly Walmart can't compete with Amazon when it comes to online purchases. It's highly unreliable and when you think that Amazon has a not so good customer service...it's still 5 stars compared to Walmart....

Only received 2 out of 3 boxes

Do not order from this third party seller. I only received 2 out of the 3 boxes of furniture. I called the company and sent an email but they have not responded. Terrible customer service. I wanted the furniture for a party this weekend but will refuse the charges now and return the furniture. I knew the price was too good to be true

Don't recommend it

We didn't even get the instructions and enough nuts and bolts to assemble two chairs. Still waiting for someone to contact us. Cant even start a return without sending a message to seller first. Nothing yet.

only received 2 boxes, states come in 4 boxes in the ad the box has come in 3 boxes where is all my boxes

Very uncomfortable

It is a very uncomfortable set low back hard seats. I would not recommend this set.

The furniture is nice but the color is not navy.

Poorly maid damaged when arrived

Poor instructions, tons of bolts none of them are marked we had to count each item and mark them ourselves. Half of the pieces were damaged.
